Setting up for vendors, sponsors and dropping off race

(no over night camping in the park Thursday)

Tech opens - noon
Time trials Begin - 3pm-6pm (no charge with a weekend tech
card)
7pm-11pm (additional $20)
Saturday,
August 14th
Gates open -
8:00 am
Tech opens - 8:30 am
Time Trials begin - 10:00 am
1st round Qualifying - noon
2nd round Qualifying - 2 pm
3rd round Qualifying - 4 pm
Car Show Awards - 5 pm
Sunday,
August 15th
Gates open -
9:00 am
JAMA Chapel service - 9:00 am
Tech opens - 10:00 am
Time Trials begin - 10:00 am
1st round Eliminations - noon
2nd round Eliminations - 2 pm
3rd round Eliminations - 3 pm
